What we are looking for:

Role: People & Culture Intern

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to support end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to startup hiring, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.

Location: Bengaluru (on-site)

Duration: 3 months (may be converted to a full time role basis performance)

What you will do:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Source and screen resumes across multiple roles (tech and non-tech)
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups
  • Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment dashboards
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal channels
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Stakeholder & Communication Support

  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Follow up with interviewers and candidates for feedback and next steps
  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination

Onboarding Support

  • Assist with pre-onboarding formalities and document collection
  • Support day-one onboarding and induction coordination
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and joining status

Our ideal candidate:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and keen to build a career in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
