The platform brings together seminars, competitions, clubs, projects, internships, and certifications into one evolving, verified student profile. For colleges, True Calibre connects key campus workflows such as events, registrations, attendance, certificates, feedback, and student records into a unified system. The company is currently in the ideation and validation stage, collaborating closely with faculty and students to solve real problems and design a product around genuine needs. True Calibre's long-term vision is to connect students, colleges, verified experiences, opportunities, and industry into a single meaningful network.

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations and people-related processes in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding documentation. The intern will help maintain employee records, assist in implementing HR policies, and support the administration of employee benefits and engagement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with team members on HR-related projects, preparing reports or presentations, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee records.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and HR or productivity software is beneficial.
