Job Description

We're offering an exclusive HR internship opportunity designed to provide you with hands-on experience, skill-building, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative and passionate team.

Job Role: HR Operations Intern

Location: Mumbai Lower Parel

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management

o Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management

o Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements

2. Employee Relations:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

o Address and resolve employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

3. HR Systems and Technology

o Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve efficiency and data accuracy

o Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of HR software and tools

4. Training and Development

o Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to support employee development and compliance

o Facilitate and/or deliver training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

5. HR Projects

o Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and processes

Qualifications and Key Skills required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills
