Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. The role involves helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate employee engagement activities, collect feedback, and support HR documentation and reporting. The Human Resources Intern will collaborate with different teams, learn HR best practices, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or academic background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding or exposure to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic compliance and employee lifecycle concepts.
- Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting employee engagement activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, handle confidential information responsibly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
