Location: Baner, Pune ( On Site )

Duration: Internship (36 Months)
Stipend: 5,000 10,000 per month (based on interview )
About the Role: -
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and HRMS systems in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records using HRMS software
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support
Support HR policies, compliance, and internal processes
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives, Learning & Exposure
Hands-on learning of HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
Understanding recruitment lifecycle and HR operations
Exposure to payroll processing and attendance.
Practical experience in corporate HR practices
Eligibility & Skills -
Pursuing or completed an MBA/PGDM in HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
