Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible only for a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Not Preferred Qualifications
- Applications from MBA/master's degree candidates will not be considered.
- Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 1.
- Office Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
- Mode: Hybrid (WFH on Saturdays)
- Stipend: 20,000/- per month.
- Duration: 6-month internship with the possibility of full-time conversion (PPO) after the completion of the internship, based on performance.

Qualifications
- Experience in hiring and knowledge about the current hiring trends.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Experience/knowledge in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume environments.
- At least one internship experience is a must (in-office internship, preferably in startups).
- Experience/knowledge of working with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates.
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask across hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
