Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening: Find and screen candidates from job Sites, social media, and professional networks to create a pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide support for virtual recruitment events.
  • Administrative support: Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), update databases, and provide general administrative help to the TA team.
  • Candidates - Screen, shortlist & interviews candidates
  • Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
