Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening: Find and screen candidates from job Sites, social media, and professional networks to create a pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide support for virtual recruitment events.
- Administrative support: Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), update databases, and provide general administrative help to the TA team.
- Candidates - Screen, shortlist & interviews candidates
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
