Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates across multiple domains
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups
- Assist in conducting interviews and onboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee and intern records
- Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes and metrics
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
