Job Description

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

The HR & Operations Intern will support the HR and operations team in recruitment coordination, administrative tasks, employee documentation, and daily operational processes. This role provides exposure to HR management, recruitment processes, office operations, and organizational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, HR records, and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employee onboarding documentation and HR administration.
  • Assist in maintaining internal reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination and office administration.
  • Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and internal communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any Management / HR-related degree.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
