• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Connect with candidates for initial screening and follow-ups
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support in job postings across various hiring platforms
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
