Creating the Master Job Profile – Learn how to define job roles and responsibilities, and develop 3D job descriptions that outline key duties, expected results, and success metrics.

Understanding Candidate Profiles and Psychometric Assessments – Gain expertise in TriMetrix HD Profiles to evaluate candidates based on their behavior, motivators, competencies, and cognitive abilities, ensuring a strong role fit.

Crafting Customized Interview Questions – Develop targeted interview questions aligned with job competencies and psychometric assessments to assess both technical and behavioral skills.

Job Posting and Candidate Screening – Learn how to create effective job postings that attract top talent and develop resume-screening techniques to identify the best applicants.

Conducting Structured Interviews – Master the art of interviewing candidates, evaluating responses, and making unbiased hiring decisions using structured interview techniques.

Making Offer Letters and Onboarding New Employees – Gain hands-on experience in drafting professional offer letters and developing 30-60-90 day onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
