Role Overview

Schbang Mumbai is seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across the HR function. This internship provides the opportunity to work closely with HR Leadership and Business Leaders, offering deep exposure to HR strategy, business operations, and the complete employee lifecycle.

Over the course of this 6-month internship, you will develop strong industry knowledge, contribute to real-time projects, and gain practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
• Partner with HR teams on employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, trackers, and employee records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing HR projects and operational tasks.
• Conduct research and provide insights on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership when required.

• MBA HR / MMS HR students (recent graduates or awaiting final results).
