Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical positions across domains such as software development, cloud computing, data science, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and recruitment tools.

You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring outcomes. Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment or US IT staffing is highly preferred.

Job Requirement Analysis

Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define job descriptions and skill requirements.

Interpret and translate technical needs into clear sourcing strategies.

Talent Sourcing

Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice (for US), and social media platforms.

Develop Boolean search strings and conduct passive talent outreach campaigns.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Screening & Evaluation

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess technical and soft skills.

Validate resumes for relevance, accuracy, and match to job requirements.

Coordinate technical assessments when required.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and manage candidate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Provide timely updates and communication to both candidates and interviewers.

Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the interview cycle.
