Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. This role is perfect for someone who wants to understand how HR functions operate in real-time while contributing meaningfully to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening scheduling interviews).
2.Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
3.Maintain candidate databases and update HR records.
4.Support onboarding and induction processes.
5.Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
6.Conduct basic HR research and data compilation.
7.Help in drafting HR documents (offer letters, policies, emails)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Pursuing or recently completed BBA/BMS/MBA (HR specialization preferred)
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
4.Good organizational and time management skills
5.Eagerness to learn and take initiative
6.Ability to maintain confidentiality
