Human Resources Intern/Recruitment specialist

This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The selected candidate will assist in various HR functions, including developing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management initiatives, and assisting in the implementation of HR management strategies. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with HR professionals on recruitment processes, performance management, and other administrative duties to help optimize HR operations.

• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and operations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits management
• Familiarity with HR Management and Personnel Management practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
