Location: Saket, New Delhi | Duration: 2–3 Months | Type: Full-Time Internship | Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our people operations as the organisation grows. This role offers meaningful exposure to core HR functions within a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage and update job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn and Internshala
• Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining HR documentation
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee and intern records and HR trackers
• Help draft offer letters, internal policies, and communications

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
• Well-organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Prior HR internship experience is an advantage, not a requirement
