Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the TA team in creating job postings and maintaining applicant tracking sheets.

Candidate Management & Coordination

  • Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for various positions.

Admin & HR Support

  • Assist in HR documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Support HR team in any additional tasks or projects as required.
