Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, updating employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting with employee onboarding processes. The intern will also help in executing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing support in personnel management and other HR-related tasks.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of any HR-related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
