Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up-to-date.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and share company information professionally.
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR records.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities such as social media campaigns and content creation.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes and HR operations.
