Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the HR team in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up-to-date.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and share company information professionally.
- Help organize and participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR records.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding activities such as social media campaigns and content creation.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes and HR operations.
