About the Role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Placing job postings on all relevant platforms

2. Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants

3. Scheduling interviews

4. Managing applicant documentation

5. Taking part in interviews

6. Preparing client presentations

7. Attending company events

8. Assisting with office administration

Skills and other requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field, or pursuing MBA in HR from a reputed college (preferable)

2. Strong administrative and document management skills

3. Excellent written and verbal communication

4. Willingness to learn

5. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

6. Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work

7. Strong interest in recruitment
