Role Description
The Intern will be involved in various tasks, including market scanning, conducting assessments, supporting career counseling sessions, assisting in the development of career resources, and contributing to the improvement of psychometric assessment tools. The role also requires collaborating with team members to support career guidance programs, preparing reports, and delivering presentations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing BA/BCOM/BBA/MBA with HR specialisation
- Strong research and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
