Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 2 months

Standard Stipend: 15,000 per month

Role Summary:

The HR Intern will support key HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Drive HR surveys (engagement, feedback, pulse surveys), including rollout, follow-ups, and data collation
  • Own and maintain the HR calendar and internal communication plans
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation, coordination, and HRMS updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records on HRMS (Keka or similar)
  • Track attendance, leave, and regularizations, and proactively flag discrepancies
  • Support L&D initiatives and HRBP-related activities
  • Provide support across HR functions as required

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's / MBA / PGDM (HR) student or recent graduate
  • Strong interest in Corporate HR
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • High ownership and execution mindset
