Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to key HR functions including administration, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn HR practices and contribute effectively to a dynamic organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support the preparation of HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Ensure HR processes follow company standards and policies.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with job postings, sourcing, and screening candidate resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Employee Engagement
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Performance Support
- Help track performance review schedules and maintain evaluation records.
- Support coordination of training sessions, workshops, and feedback collection.
HR Projects
- Contribute to ongoing HR improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Assist in implementing HR tools, templates, and updated processes.
Compliance & Reporting
- Support the HR team in documentation and audit readiness.
- Help monitor adherence to HR policies, statutory guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations and organizational development.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
