Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (resume screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation
- Help with HR policies, SOPs, and internal process documentation
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Support HR reporting and basic data tracking
- Coordinate with team members on day-to-day HR operations

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Workspace (or ready to learn quickly)
