Position Overview

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about human resources within the fast-paced media industry while working alongside a small, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process (posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews).
  • Support the onboarding of new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Organize HR-related meetings and activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in HR and the media industry.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Commitment:
