About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the TA team in sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or ATS.
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Assist in managing candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Support in employer branding activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment tools.
- Enthusiasm to learn about recruitment processes and candidate management.
