Role Description

Ogive Technology is seeking a Human Resources Intern for an on-site internship role located in Hyderabad. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various aspects of human resources management, including supporting HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, assisting in recruitment processes, and managing personnel records. Additionally, you will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits processes
• Experience or academic exposure to Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (human resources information systems) tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
