Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring lifecycle while gaining exposure to core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring platforms.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates.
HR Operations:
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Manage basic HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in HR or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn usage
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
