Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate MBA (HR) final-year student to join as an HR Business Parterning intern and gain hands-on exposure to employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, and strategic people initiatives.
The role offers an opportunity to partner with business teams and contribute to key HR projects in a dynamic environment.
Duration: 06 months (On Site)
Location: Bandra East (BKC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and talent development processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for business reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders on employee lifecycle activities and HR projects.
- Support policy communication, HR interventions, and organizational initiatives.
- Assist in workforce planning, data management, and process-improvement projects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA (HR) Final Year Students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Keen interest in HR business partnering and people practices.
