Key Responsibilities:

Hiring

Assist in finding and contacting new employees, arranging interviews, and keeping records of job applications.

Supporting Onboarding

Help new employees understand company policies and get settled into their roles.

Employee Records

Organize and update employee information, such as contact details and job roles.

Learning HR Tools

Work with HR systems and software to track employee data and processes.

Assisting in Payroll

Support in ensuring employees get paid correctly and on time.

Organizing Events

Help plan and run office events, like training sessions or team-building activities.

Answering Questions

Assist employees with basic questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Maintaining Files

Keep important HR documents and files organized and updated.

Encourage Positive Culture

Promote a friendly and inclusive workplace.

Office Support

Help with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (freshers are welcome).
  • Interest in HR areas: recruitment, employee engagement, compliance.
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and readiness to learn HR tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
