Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will work under the guidance of the HR Manager and assist with day-to-day HR activities. The intern will be responsible for HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
  • Personnel Management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with HR software and databases
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Relevant experience in HR, social work, or a related field is a plus.
