Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Management Trainee for a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. In this role, you will support the HR team with tasks including assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, helping manage employee benefits and personnel records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The role also involves supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and contributing to HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and fundamental concepts
  • Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
