Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Indore. The intern will perform daily HR tasks such as assisting in the management of HR policies, implementing employee benefits programs, working closely with the personnel team, and managing attendance. They will also have responsibilities related to coordinating team activities and providing administrative support to align with organizational needs.

• Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits processes
• Skills in Personnel and Team Management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented on-site environment
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Any prior experience in HR-related internships or similar roles is an advantage
