Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team across recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people-related activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers.
• Support attendance, leave, and other HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for routine HR requirements.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and other documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
