About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern to support our recruitment and HR coordination activities. This role involves candidate outreach, interview coordination, recruitment operations, and assisting with day-to-day HR processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to hiring, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.
What you'll do:
- Make 60–80 calls per day to candidates for initial outreach, screening, and follow-ups
- Share job details and explain role requirements to candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates, documentation, and onboarding steps
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate pipeline management
- Assist with HR operations activities such as documentation, employee records, onboarding coordination, and tracker management
- Work on MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining hiring and HR data
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and process coordination
