About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. This role is primarily calling-heavy and involves candidate outreach, initial screening, and coordination with the HR team. You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment while assisting with day-to-day hiring operations.
What you'll do:
- Make 6080 calls per day to candidates for initial outreach, screening, and follow-ups
- Share job details and explain role requirements to candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the HR team
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and next steps
- Support the HR team in managing candidate pipelines
- Assist with basic HR administrative and recruitment tasks
Who can apply
- Undergraduate / Graduate students (HR, Business, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate interaction
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
