Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. This role is primarily calling-heavy and involves candidate outreach, initial screening, and coordination with the HR team. You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment while assisting with day-to-day hiring operations.

What you'll do:

  • Make 6080 calls per day to candidates for initial outreach, screening, and follow-ups
  • Share job details and explain role requirements to candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and the HR team
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and next steps
  • Support the HR team in managing candidate pipelines
  • Assist with basic HR administrative and recruitment tasks

Who can apply

  • Undergraduate / Graduate students (HR, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate interaction
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
