Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across departments.
- Training & Development: Organize and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical teams.
- Employee Relations: Support a positive work culture by addressing concerns and assisting with conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Help coordinate evaluations, compile feedback, and monitor performance goals.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to support operational and HR needs.
- Sales Support: Provide HR assistance to the sales team for coordination and communication with clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities align with internal policies and applicable labour laws.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster morale and retention.
- General Support: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- MBA, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
