Job Title: HR Intern – Technical Recruitment (Potential Full-Time Conversion)

Location:Chennai (Olympia Tech Park, Guindy)

Duration:6 Months Internship (Performance-based Full-Time Offer)

Department:Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Reporting To:HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

Mode: Hybrid (3 Days at Office- Drop Facility will be provided)

Timings:4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST

Stipend: Up to 15k/Month (After conversion Salary will be revised up to 4LPA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Technical Recruitment Team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Technical Recruiter based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data.

Education:

Master's degree in business administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in HR, or a related field.
