Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern who is eager to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in recruitment, HR operations, and basic coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
Follow up with candidates and manage pipeline
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Track attendance, leave, and basic HR data
Coordination & Support
Communicate with candidates professionally
Support HR team in daily operations
Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings
Requirements
Graduate / pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
Strong communication skills (English + regional language)
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
Immediate joiners preferred
