Programme Overview:

This is a structured three-month internship designed for aspiring HR professionals, providing exposure to core HR practices, hands-on training in leading HRMS tools, and experience in managing critical HR processes. The programme ensures interns gain practical knowledge across key HR functions.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Support performance management processes across teams.
• Drive and contribute to HRBP initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day assistance in HR operations.
• Assist in drafting and implementing policies and internal communications.
• Manage HRMS administration and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the administration and tracking of goals and KPIs on the HRMS tool.
• Assist in managing and administering the appraisal review cycle.
