Hiring: HR Recruiter Intern | Bangalore

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Bangalore. The role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process, with a performance-based opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Location: Bangalore

Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Stipend: 15,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruitment requirements across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech teams

• Identify and source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams

• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements

• Connect with 60–70 candidates daily through calls for sourcing and screening

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth hiring experience

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill monthly hiring requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment

• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• Willing to make 60–70 calls per day

• Familiarity with job portals or recruitment tools will be an added advantage

• Candidates must be based in Bangalore
