About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Trainees / Interns to join our team and work closely on HRMS implementation and core HR projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations in a fast-paced, dynamic entertainment industry environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to move beyond theoretical learning and gain practical, end-to-end HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRMS Implementation & Data Management
- Assist in end-to-end HRMS implementation
- Support in employee data collection, validation, and migration
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system setup
- Help in testing modules and identifying gaps/improvements
2. HR Operations
- Support in onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant
3. Process Development & Documentation
- Assist in creating and standardizing HR policies, SOPs, and workflows
- Support in building HR dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
4. Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
5. Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in internal communication and coordination across teams
- Work on improving employee experience initiatives

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR
- Based in Kolkata
- Available for a full-time internship (36 months)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
