Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and internal coordination, making it an excellent learning opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, warning letters, and internal notices
  • Coordinate with team members for attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal culture-building activities
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR-related information
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Requirements & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
