Job Description

Company Description Infrasity partners with early-stage and growth-stage DevTools and infrastructure companies to drive product adoption through technical content that developers trust. The team specializes in complex domains such as AI, MLOps, observability, platform engineering, DevOps, identity and authentication, data infrastructure, cloud cost, and internal developer platforms. Infrasity translates complex products into clear, use-case-driven guides, technical blogs, comparisons, and tutorials written by engineers. The company focuses on improving visibility across modern AI and search platforms and reaching developers through communities like Reddit, Dev.to, and Medium. All content is based on hands-on product use by in-house developers, emphasizing authenticity over generic marketing.

Role Description As a Human Resources Intern at Infrasity, you will support day-to-day HR operations and help create a positive, organized workplace. This is an on-site internship role based in New Delhi. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. You will help maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves supporting HR documentation, helping with employee engagement initiatives, coordinating trainings or meetings, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
