Job Description (JD) – Business Development Executive (Lead Generation & Outreach)

Intozi Solutions is a technology-driven company providing advanced solutions in IoT, video analytics, smart cities, industrial automation, and intelligent traffic systems. We work with system integrators, government organisations, and enterprises across India and the Middle East.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our business development team. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based prospecting to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate interest.

• Send cold emails and follow structured email campaigns.

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn.

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers (training provided).

• Research companies and identify targeted industries and prospects.

• Maintain daily outreach reports and update lead status.

• Schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects regularly.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English required).

• Confidence in cold calling.

• Basic email writing skills.

• Strong internet research ability.

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn.

• Willingness to learn new sales tools.

• Target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in lead generation or inside sales.

• LinkedIn outreach experience.

• Knowledge of IT or technology sales.

• CRM or sales tool knowledge.

Qualification

• BBA

• BCom

• Any Graduate with good communication skills

Experience

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome. Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is an advantage.

Daily Performance Expectations

• 40–60 cold calls.

• 20–30 LinkedIn outreach messages.

• 15–20 emails sent.

• Identify 10–15 new leads.

• Book 1–2 meetings.
