Job Description

Company Description Indeva Studio is a design studio dedicated to crafting thoughtful, soulful spaces with meticulous technical precision. The team focuses on subtle details—such as the curve of a wall or the way light shifts throughout the day—to create environments that feel distinct and intentional. The studio works with clients who value nuance and refined aesthetics, offering bespoke design solutions tailored to each project. Indeva Studio positions itself as intentionally rare and unmistakably unique, making it an inspiring environment for individuals interested in design, creativity, and high-quality work.

Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Indeva Studio will support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining a positive, organized workplace. This is a hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks as assigned. Responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping to implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will also contribute to organizing employee benefits documentation, coordinating basic personnel management tasks, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions in a creative studio environment.
