Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The selected candidate will assist in various HR-related activities such as supporting HR management tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating personnel management, and assisting in employee benefits administration. The role also includes contributing to strategic HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Human Resources fundamentals, including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office tools and HR management software is a plus
  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
