Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles and locations,
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication, experience, and fit.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and daily reports.
  • Assist in employer branding activities (social media posts, hiring creatives, etc.).
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires when required.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of basic recruitment processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with interior design industry (bonus but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
