About the Role:

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a fast-paced IT environment. You will work closely with our HR team to source, screen, and select top talent for various roles within the organization. This internship will provide valuable insights into the HR field and enhance your skills in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong research and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to assess staffing capabilities and ensure alignment with business needs.
